“What should I wear?”
We want you to be comfortable so the most important thing to wear is something you feel happy in. For pole classes you may need skin grip so it is advised to wear shorts and a vest top/T-shirt or sports bra. We are more than happy for you to wear a turtle onesie but you may find your training easier in sportswear. Please remove all jewellery as it damages the poles.
For photo shoots you are encouraged to be as flamboyant and outrageous as possible, we love all your ideas! However it is important that you are safe we don’t want your outfit to cause you injury, it’s not worth it just for a photo, so please ensure your costume is suitable to pole in. If you are planning to use body paint please check it with us first.
“How do I find you?”
What should I wear to an aerial class?
We suggest wearing pants that cover your legs and any top that is comfortable for movement. All jewelry will need to be removed before class to ensure no damage to our equipment. Please do not wear excessive lotions or oils to any of our classes.
Is there parking at the Studio?
Yes you can park in the designated parking spots in front of the Studio or anywhere in the back lot. Our entire parking lot is brightly lit at night.
I have a dance background, should I still start taking classes with Pole Dancing Level 1?
Yes, please take one month of level 1 to learn the fundamentals in pole dancing. Each level builds on the previous level, and level 1 will prepare you for the more advanced climbs, spins and tricks. Often we see that when students do not have a strong foundation, they discover they are lacking the strength and knowledge to train at higher levels. A strong knowledge in pole dancing basics will help prevent frustration and injury down the road.
“I have a disability or Specific Schedule, can I still come to a class or do private?”
Get in touch with us directly so we can chat about how we can suitably accommodate you, we want everyone to feel welcome and have the chance train in our studio so we will do everything we can to make classes and photo shoots accessible for you.

“Do I need to be a certain level to do a photoshoot?”
No! Photoshoots are for everyone from beginner – elite level, you can get some fantastic shots no matter where you are in your pole journey! Shoots are meant to be fun, we will always aim to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible so you can have the best experience shooting and enjoy your session. You don’t even have to touch the pole if you don’t want to, come prepared with some floor poses and feel like floor royalty instead. We’ll be armed with some suggestions for you if you would like so you’re covered on all bases, sometimes the simple shapes photograph the best!
When should I arrive for class?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class to sign in at the front desk. We have a 10 minute grace period for late arrivals. Please try to arrive early incase there is traffic. Arriving late is disruptive to the class and you are missing the important warm-up. If you are a ‘no-show’ for a class you signed up for, your card on file will be charged a $5 no-show fee. If you can’t make it to class, please remove yourself from that class via our free app, before class starts.
